If you have a soft 17 or something lower than that, you need to hit.
Likewise, STAND at a soft 19 hand value.

If you receive a pair of Aces or 8’s then its better you split them and wager on each one separately.
Do not, I repeat, do not split 4’s, 5’s or 10’s

Split all pairs of cards you receive if the dealer’s up card is less than a total of 6.
